IN-HOME PERSONAL FITNESS: HOW IT WORKS

 

During your first session with a Build Yourself Fitness personal in-home trainer, we will conduct a musculoskeletal, endurance and stretching exercise to assess what your goals are.

 

Based on the assessment, we will put together your individualized personal training and nutrition program.

 

Every month we reassess to check your progress and adjust your fitness program to reflect your improvements.

 

Build Yourself Fitness provides Personal Training for the Greater Toronto Area including Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, North York & Toronto
